How do I cancel the Free Credit Scores and Credit Monitoring Service?
IDENTITY GUARD members: To cancel your 3 Free Credit Scores and IDENTITY GUARD membership, including 3 bureau credit monitoring, please call their toll-free Customer Service number at 1-800-452-2541.
I have a charge on my credit card from Evergreen Credit Reporting, but I did not get my credit report. I want a refund.
We do not give refunds for a credit report once it is ordered because we have already purchased the credit information from the 3 national credit reporting agencies as you requested, and we cannot get a refund from the credit bureau where we purchased the information.
If you have a charge from Evergreen Credit Reporting on your credit card statement that is fraudulent, please call us at 702-895-9488 to start an investigation into that charge.
I tried to get a credit report on someone else, but I am having trouble.
Federal law does not allow you to get a credit report on someone else on this web site.
I am a landlord and need credit reports on my rental applicants.
We are unable to provide credit reports to landlords because the agreement that we have with the 3 national credit reporting agencies only allows us to deliver credit reports directly to the individuals who request them on themselves.
If you need a credit report on a prospective tenant, we suggest you ask the prospective tenant to get their own credit report, and then give you a copy of it.
